As you include your new lifestyle program into your life, you will feel incredible and look like a million bucks.  For amazingly quick results, remember these simple keys:

o  Drink 8 glasses of water a day.
o  When eating the recommended nuts and nut butters in the plan, only choose raw nuts.
Do not select  smoked, salted, roasted, or sugar coated nuts.
o  Make sure all cereals and oatmeal choices are unsweetened, read all labels.
o  When selecting grains, don’t be fooled.  Make sure the label says: whole grain, whole
wheat or sprouted wheat.
o  Add 4-6 ounces cold water to your smoothies for taste or consistency.
o  Flax is highly beneficial and included in your plan; however, if you choose not to use
the flax seed or flaxseed oil, add 1 tablespoon olive oil to your menu plan.
o  Once you’ve reached your goal, you can add foods back in for maintenance.  As you add
calories, stick to the basic format of the nutritional program and choose calories wisely.
