I can’t tell you how many times I’ve met with clients who have over-analyzed every detail of their diet.  Don’t get me wrong, you have a to have a clearly defined plan in order to succeed, however if you over-complicate the process you will just get frustrated and you will most likely revert to your old eating habits.
